浙 江 科 技 学 院 机械与汽车工程学院 汽车零部件专项设计说明书 题 目 长安之星 JL465Q4 离合器总成设计 专 业 班 级 102 班 姓 名 吴总荣 学 号 指导老师 蔡仁华 完成日期 2025 年 10 月 20 日 浙江科技学院 2025 届车辆工程专业汽车零部件专项设计说明书 摘要 离合器是实现了汽车主从动件的分离，保证汽车起步平稳，实现换挡平顺和过载保护的重要部件。本文在对离合器的产生、分类、进展以及今后的进展方向进行了简要介绍基础上，主要针对长安之星 JL456Q4 型轿车的离合器及其结构、压盘与摩擦片结合方式、分离方式进行了设计，设计完成了膜片弹簧等相关零部件的尺寸，绘制了总体装配图和部分零件图，运用了AutoCAD 及 UG 等制图软件进行图形绘制。 关键字：车辆、离合器、设计 浙江科技学院 2025 届车辆工程专业汽车零部件专项设计说明书 Clutch is the very important component to achieve a separation of master and slave moving parts to ensure the car start smoothly to realize smooth shifting and overload protection .In this text on the basis of a brief introduction about generation,classification, development and future direction of the clutch,mainly for Changan StarJL456Q4 sedan clutch and its structure, the pressure plate and friction plate binding mode, design for separation mode,design completed the size of the diaphragm spring and related parts,drew the general assembly drawing and some parts, using AutoCAD and UG graphics software.
