摘 要近年来国内物流产业飞速进展，物流市场在壮大的同时，竞争亦日趋激烈，既给我国中小物流企业带来机遇，又要面临巨大的挑战。文章针对顺通物流公司的实际情况，首先对物流配送系统的优化目标和方法进行了概述，其次介绍了顺通物流公司配送系统的现状和存在的问题，并分析了其优化的必要性，最后针对其配送中心作业流程、配送设施设备系统、配送调度系统、信息系统存在的问题，采纳定性和定量相结合的讨论方法，对顺通公司的配送系统进行了优化。 关键词：物流企业；配送系统；系统优化AbstractLogistics industry has developed very fast in recent years.
