电 站 锅 炉 自 动 测 控 系 统摘 要随着社会对电力需求量的增加,电站锅炉正在向着大型化和超大型化的方向进展,因此对锅炉蒸发量的要求就越来越大,但是锅炉尺寸相对变化并不大。在保证快速性的前提下,对锅炉经济性要求也更高,这样就对锅炉控制系统提出了更高的要求。本文简要介绍了火力发电厂的生产过程及电站锅炉自动控制系统的各个组成部分和控制目标,重点对水位控制系统进行了比较深化的讨论,在对系统的结构、特性充分理解的基础上,分析了水位控制系统通常使用的单冲量控制、双冲量控制和三冲量控制,并进行综合的分析和比较,详细设计了三冲量控制系统。基于对现场状况实时掌控的要求,本文运用MCGS 组态软件设计了锅炉状态监控程序,以动画显示、报警处理、实时曲线、历史曲线和报表输出等多种方式向用户提供解决实际工程问题的方案,达到了实时监控的目的。 关键词:电站锅炉;自动控制;水位控制;MCGS组态Automatic measurement and control system power plant boilerAbstractWith the community's increasing demand for electricity, power plant boiler is large and very large toward the direction of development, evaporation and therefore the requirements of the boiler on the growing, but the boiler is not large relative changes in size.
