摘要本次设计以张家洼铁矿选矿厂现场资料为依托,在满足设计任务书的基本要求下,以节能降耗、提高回收率的原则进行设计。为达到生产目的选择了最佳的辅助设施及生产设备,此外本次设计在选矿厂建设成本和之后的运营成本上也做到了最大化的节约。本设计的工作内容是:选厂工艺流程的选择及计算、矿浆流程的计算、设备的选型、绘制图形等。其中,通过现场考察确定磨矿分级过程采纳自磨和闭路球磨。磁选定采纳二段磁选,再磨后弱磁强磁联合,最大限度选出剩余铁矿。相对于铁,铜的经济价值较高,因此浮选流程采纳一粗一精二扫来用以提高铜回收率,增加选厂收益。张家洼周边地形平坦,厂房布置采纳平地布置,磁选、重选存在一定高度差,矿浆自流,节约输送成本。关键词:设计,流程,计算AbstractThis design is based on the zhangs' depression iron ore dressing plant site data, as well as meet the basic requirements to design to the principle of saving energy and reducing consumption, improve the recovery rate.In order to achieve production, chose the best auxiliary facilities and production equipment, in addition the design on the construction cost and operation cost of concentrator did to maximize savings.This design content is: mill plant process selection, calculation, pulp flow calculation, equipment selection, drawing, etc.Among them, grinding classification process by reference to the decision to adopt autogenous grinding and a closed circuit ball mill.
