摘 要颚式破裂机俗称颚破，由动颚和静颚两块颚板组成破裂腔，模拟动物的两颚运动而完成物料破裂作业的破裂机。广泛运用于矿山冶炼、建材、公路、铁路、水利和化工等行业中各种矿石与大块物料的破裂。被破裂物料的最高抗压强度为320MPa ，颚式破裂机的动颚直接悬挂在偏心轴上。由于动颚是偏心直接带动的，所以活动颚板可以同时做垂直和水平的复杂摆动，颚式破裂机对石块不但能起到压碎和劈碎的作用，还能起到碾碎的作用。随着科技的进展，矿石业的需求也大大增加，各种不同型号的颚式破裂机的设计显得尤为重要。本毕业设计主要是对9501250 （进料口尺寸（宽×长））的颚式破裂机进行设计，对破裂机上面的各个零件进行拆分，画出各个零件的零件图，然后画出其装配图。计算并确定了颚式破裂机的主要参数及其主要结构的设计，设计内容主要包括了颚式破裂机的动颚，偏心轴，皮带轮，前墙，侧墙，法兰，端盖，等一些重要部件，另外对颚式破裂机的工作原理及特点和主要部件作了介绍，同时对机器参数（主轴转速，生产能力，破裂力及功率等）作了计算以及对偏心轴作了设计。此外，还简单介绍了破裂的意义和破裂工艺，颚式破裂机的操作及维修等等。 关键词： 颚式破裂机 动颚 破裂 偏心轴 AbstractJaw crusher is commonly known as the broken jaw, by moving jaw and quiet jaw two jaw plate component crushing cavity, Simulate the movement of animals to complete two jaw crusher material crushing operation, Widely used in mining, building materials, smelting broken highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry, all kinds of ores and bulk materials.
