《现代汉语词典》新增形容词性义项考察--汉语言文学

Compared to the former edition, the sixth edition introduces 137 new definitions in adjective area. This paper discusses these new definitions from four aspects. First, classify the new meanings of adjectives and divide them into “missed” meanings or “new-appeared” meanings. Further analysis is provided about these two groups. Second, determine the grammatical category of these new meanings. In addition to studying the grammar use, this paper searches how these new meanings come systematically.
