复方鱼腥草口服液提取工艺研究

复方鱼腥草口服液提取工艺讨论【摘要】 目的讨论复方鱼腥草口服液的提取工艺。方法含有挥发油类成分的药材采纳水蒸气蒸馏法进行提取；水溶性成分煎煮提取，采纳正交实验法进行优选，薄层-紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果挥发油提取最佳工艺：10 倍量水，温浸 h，水蒸气蒸馏提取 4 h；水溶性成分提取最佳工艺：10 倍量水，煎煮两次，2 h/次。结论该方法简便可行，可作为复方鱼腥草口服液的提取工艺。【关键词】 复方鱼腥草口服液； 提取工艺； 正交实验； 薄层-紫外分光光度法 Abstract：ObjectiveTo research the extraction process of the Compound Houttuynia Oral Liquid. MethodsVolatile oils which are active ingredients of the medicinal materials were extracted by steam distillation method; water-soluble components which are active ingredients were extracted by boiling methods, optimized orthogonal test and determined by TLC - UV optimum technological conditions for extracting volatile oil were as follows:the ratio of water to sample was 10:1,the time of warm-infusion was ,Steam distillation time was 4 h;the water soluble constituents were extracted with water(10 times of the materials) for 2 times,two hours each method is simple and feasible, can be used as the extraction process of the Compound Houttuynia Oral Liquid. Key words：Co-Herba Houttuyniae Oral Liquid； Extraction process； UV pho tometer method； Orthogonal design 复方鱼腥草口服液是由复方鱼腥草片改剂型而来。其处方由鱼腥草、板蓝根、连翘、黄芩、金银花组成，用于治疗咽喉红肿，咽痛，急性咽炎，急性扁桃体炎［1］。本实验对复方鱼腥草口服液的提取工艺进行了讨论，采纳水蒸气蒸馏法提取处方中所含挥发油类成分，采纳水煎煮法提取处方中水溶性成分。并用正交实验法对水溶性成分的提取工艺进行了优选。现报道如下。 1 材料与试剂 1 药材及试剂黄芩、板蓝根、鱼腥草、金银花、连翘，均购自贵阳市药材批发市场；黄芩苷对比品，购自中检所，批号 110715-202514；5 mm×10 mm 青岛海洋硅胶 G 板、10 mm×10 mm 青岛海洋硅胶 G 板。所用试剂均为分...
