复方鱼腥草口服液提取工艺讨论【摘要】 目的讨论复方鱼腥草口服液的提取工艺。方法含有挥发油类成分的药材采纳水蒸气蒸馏法进行提取；水溶性成分煎煮提取，采纳正交实验法进行优选，薄层-紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果挥发油提取最佳工艺：10 倍量水，温浸 h，水蒸气蒸馏提取 4 h；水溶性成分提取最佳工艺：10 倍量水，煎煮两次，2 h/次。结论该方法简便可行，可作为复方鱼腥草口服液的提取工艺。【关键词】 复方鱼腥草口服液； 提取工艺； 正交实验； 薄层-紫外分光光度法 Abstract：ObjectiveTo research the extraction process of the Compound Houttuynia Oral Liquid. MethodsVolatile oils which are active ingredients of the medicinal materials were extracted by steam distillation method; water-soluble components which are active ingredients were extracted by boiling methods, optimized orthogonal test and determined by TLC - UV optimum technological conditions for extracting volatile oil were as follows:the ratio of water to sample was 10:1,the time of warm-infusion was ,Steam distillation time was 4 h;the water soluble constituents were extracted with water(10 times of the materials) for 2 times,two hours each method is simple and feasible, can be used as the extraction process of the Compound Houttuynia Oral Liquid.
