健身俱乐部锻炼者的调查研究

郑州市健身俱乐部锻炼者的调查讨论 摘要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实地走访法、数理统计法、总结评估法，对郑州市健身俱乐部现状进行了调查和讨论。全面分析了健身俱乐部的现状和人员组成特点。通过调研数据分析总结了健身俱乐部参加人群的组成特征，健身动机。目的是了解本地区锻炼者的基本特点和健身状况。讨论结果表明：人们的健身意识越来越强。关键词：郑州市；健身俱乐部；会员；健身动机 study on exercise of the health club in Zheng zhou city Abstract: The use of literature, questionnaire surveys, interviews, field visits and mathematical statistics, summary assessment of the status quo in Zhengzhou City health club conducted a survey and research.
