编号 0721105 本科生毕业设计光学系统的像质评定方法讨论The optical system of image quality evaluation method and research2025 年 6 月学 生 姓 名专 业学 号指 导 教 师分 院光电工程分院摘 要随着科技的进步,人们对光学系统的要求日益增高。光学系统由于像差的存在,与实际成像有很大偏差,所以要对光学系统作出成像质量的评定。本文所讨论的光学系统评价主要针对光学系统的设计质量,因此,光学系统的质量评价方法应和光学仪器产品的检验方法相对应。目前,各种评价方法均有相应的检验方法和仪器。目前最常用的三种检测方法是:星点检验、分辨率检测与刀口检验法。这三种方法都有其优点,缺点和使用范围。本文将着重分析这三种方法,并通过这三种方法分别对光学系统的成像质量作出客观的评价。关键词:成像质量 星点检验 分辨率检测 刀口检验 ABSTRACTAlong with the progress of science and technology, the people's focusing department all request increases higher - day by day.Optical system because of the existence of the aberration, with physically become image to have very big vertical deviation, so want a focusing department to make to become to be like assessing of mass generally.The optical system discussed by this text evaluates the design mass aiming at optical system mainly, therefore, the mass of the optical system appraisal device should be opposite with the examination device of optical apparatus product should.Currently, various appraisal device all has homologous examination device and apparatus.Currently the inest common use three kinds of examination devices BE:The asterism examination, resolution examination and blade examine a logarithm of timw fitting method logt.These three kinds of devices all include its advantage, defect and use sphere.This text will emphasize to analyze these three kinds of devices, and pass these three kinds of devices difference focusing departments all of becoming and being like the mass...
