摘要 随着市场经济的进展,房地产行业的竞争越来越激烈,作为成本管理重要内容的成本控制已经成为了房地产企业进展面临的重要问题。“工程项目全寿命周期成本控制”作为一个全新的成本管理模式,凭借其先进的理论成果,逐渐受到了业界人士的认可和推广,这对于提高房地产企业的经济效益,促进我国房地产企业的健康进展有着重要的意义。 本文以全寿命周期成本控制理论为基础,以世纪花园房地产开发项目为对象,分析了该房地产企业进展的现状,找出了该公司在工程项目中成本控制方面的问题,对问题产生的原因进行了分析,并结合全寿命周期成本控制理论提出了相应的解决办法。本文认为在未来房地产行业的进展中,我们不仅要在建设项目的各个阶段考虑成本,还要考虑全寿命周期成本,实现建设项目进展的经济性和合理性。关键词 成本控制;原因;方法;全寿命周期成本 Abstract With the development of market economy, the real estate industry more competitive, as the important content of cost management cost control has become a real estate enterprise development problems."The project life cycle cost control" as a new cost management model, by virtue of its advanced theory achievement, is the industry's recognition and promotion of, it is to improve the economic benefits of real estate enterprises, promote our country real estate enterprise's healthy development to have the vital significance.
