对大洞大桥挂篮悬臂浇筑法施工技术的探讨对大洞大桥挂篮悬臂浇筑法施工技术的探讨 摘要:文章通过分析大洞大桥的施工特点,选定了挂篮悬臂法施工方案,阐述和总结了该工程构件选材、构件安装、混凝土浇筑、变形监测、体系转换等几个关键技术的具体做法,对大桥挂篮施工是指浇筑较大跨径的悬臂结构时,采纳吊篮方法,分段安装预应力筋、管道、模板,并分段浇注梁段混凝土的施工方法。以期为同类工程提供参考。 关键词:大洞大桥;桥梁挂篮;悬臂;施工技术 Abstract: in this paper, through analyzing large hole of bridge construction characteristics, selected the cantilever construction scheme hanging basket method, the paper summarizes the component and engineering materials, component installation, and concrete casting, deformation monitoring system conversion, several key technology of the practice of bridge construction hanging basket refers to the large span cantilever structure of casting, the hanging basket method, segmentation installation prestressed, piping, templates, and casting beam section of the concrete block construction methods. Keywords: big hole bridge; Hanging basket bridge; Cantilever; Construction technology 中图分类号:TU74 文献标识码:A 文章编号: 1、引言 挂篮施工是指浇筑较大跨径的悬臂结构时,采纳吊篮方法,分段安装预应力筋、管道、模板,并分段浇注梁段混凝土的施工方法,具有刚度大、变形小、结构轻巧、便于前移、适应不同的梁高、承受梁段自重及施工荷载的特点,在大跨径桥梁中被广泛应用。 2、工程概况: 广东大洞大桥桥址区位于江门市新会区大洞村,近东西向跨越江门水道,地形平坦开阔。江门水道宽约 540m,河水自北向南流,水道由南北走向的河心滩分为东侧干流和和西侧支流,干流宽约290m,河心滩宽约 150m,支流宽越 100m。施工期间干流最大水深约7m,支流水深越 2m。水道两岸及河心滩均筑有河堤,堤顶标高 2.7~3.4m,堤顶宽约 2~4m。河心滩为农田,地面标高为-1.3~0.30m;水道左右两岸为农田、鱼塘和厂房,地面标高为-0.3~3.20m。 该桥为主线桥梁起讫桩号为 K3+0...
