Course introductionThe course is the basic specialty course for the student of civil engineering. The teaching contents involve a number of subjects, and so it has the character of higher comprehensive and applicability. The students are required to understand the concept of project budget, to master the basics of project budget, the methods of engineering measurement, the component of construction project cost, the valuation process of construction project cost, the Fixed Principles of construction and price principle of construction resource, etc. Through comprehensive use of what they have learned in this course, the students can work out documents of project evaluation, possess the initial capabilities of the measurement and valuation in construction cost.2.教学目标教学目标 1 正确理解工程概预算的基本概念、概预算作用、概预算过程、概预算与建设过程及相互关系，掌握概预算的基础知识、工程估价依据。教学目标 2 掌握建设工程费用的构成、熟悉广东省现行建筑工程定额、了解土木工程定额的特点和分类以及建筑工程定额的体系、构成和应用。教学目标 3 掌握建筑面积的计算规则，掌握建筑装饰工程的工程量计算规则。教学目标 4 会编制土建工程施工图概预算书，掌握招标文件的编制要点、投标文件的编制内容、投标决策和报价的具体方法和技巧，会编制招投标文件。3.教学...
