By comparing with the present SBR polymerization production method, we make a decision to treat emulsion polymerization at low temperature as polymerization production method at last. In the design process, in accordance with the requirements of the mission design, a more detailed material balance and energy balance, equipment for the calculation and selection process, at the same time on styrene butadiene rubber production in the process of attention to safety issues and the \wastes\management should be made a note.
