建筑工程施工管理探究建筑工程施工管理探究 摘 要:中国加入世界贸易组织了，中国成功举办上海世博会了，中国的国民生产总值又创新高了，无数的迹象告诉我们：中国确实强起来了。纵观我国现阶段的建筑工程管理，施工质量良莠不齐、施工人员的素养普遍不太高，有些甚至单纯是在摸索，由此造成工作效率低下，施工进程被耽误，施工成本增加或是虽然工程牵强按时完成，但是质量得不到保证，埋伏着安全隐患，最后甚至不得不重新返工。因而笔者将在下文中详细列举建筑工程施工管理现存的问题，深化分析其原因，并提出一些解决办法，希望能有所益处。因为建筑工程施工管理毕竟是关乎国家民生的问题，所以马虎不得。 关键词：建筑工程；现存问题；施工管理；原因分析；相关措施 Abstract: China's accession to the world trade organization, China successfully hosted the Shanghai World Expo, China's GDP reached a new high, numerous signs tell us: China is really strong. Construction project management in our country at the present stage, quality uneven, some good and some bad, the construction personnel construction quality is generally not high, some even just groping, resulting in low efficiency, the construction process is delayed, the construction cost increases or even engineering barely finished on time, but the quality is not guaranteed, the latent security hidden danger, finally, even had to rework. The author will be described in detail problems existing in construction management, in-depth analysis of its causes, and put forward some solutions, hoping to benefit.
