浅谈对高层建筑深基坑支护技术探讨浅谈对高层建筑深基坑支护技术探讨 摘要:随着社会的快速进展,特别是近几年来高层及超高层建筑的日益增多,建筑工程在向高空和地下两个层次逐渐延伸,加之国家有关法律规范对基础埋置深度和人防工程的要求,建筑物的地下结构越来越深,这对基坑工程施工要求也就越高,随之存在的问题也越来越多,这对建筑施工带来了很大的困难。本文就对高层建筑中深基坑的支护作简单阐述,为广阔同仁提供参考。 关键词:高层建筑;基坑支护;施工 Abstract: with the rapid development of society, especially in high-rise and super-tall buildings in recent years increasing, construction projects in gradually extends to the overhead and underground two levels, combined with the relevant state standard requirement for foundation embedment depth and the civil air defense engineering, the structure of the underground structure has become more and more deep, the foundation pit engineering construction requirements are higher, then the problems existing in the more and more, which brought great difficulties to construction. In high-rise buildings are presented in this paper, and simple description of deep foundation pit support, to provide the reference for colleagues. Key words: high-rise buildings; Foundation pit supporting; The construction 中图分类号:TU74 文献标识码:A 文章编号:2095-2104(2025) 引言 深基坑支护工程是近二十年来随着城市高层建筑进展而进展的一门新的实践工程学。由于深基坑支护不属于建筑主体施工的范围,为了降低造价、降低成本及加快施工进度,多数情况下,业主、施工单位往往忽略了基坑支护施工的重要性、复杂性及风险性,导致深基坑支护施工时安全质量事故时有发生,不仅拖延了工期,影响施工进度,更有可能造成人员伤亡和财产损失。 1 深基坑的施工特点 (1)建筑趋向高层化,基坑向大深度方向进展; (2)基坑卡瓦面积大,长度与宽度有的达数百米,给支撑系统带来较大的难度; (3)在软弱的土层中,基坑开挖会产生较大的位移和沉降,对周围建筑物、市政设施和地下管线产生严重威胁; (4)基...
