题 公司治理与股利政策的相关性研究以互联网企业为例 摘要：1970 年后，我国的证券市场在国际市场的影响下步入发展快车道。上市公司逐步登上历史舞台，在市场上发挥重要作用，股利发放问题成为了上市公司的一个发展重点。本文主要研究的问题在公司治理与股利政策之间的关联性研究，选取的是比较具有典型代表意义的互联网企业，数据选取范围是 2013-2017 年 52 家互联网上市企业。本文通过对该行业的上市企业进行深入的剖析，发现目标研究问题牵涉的两个要素之间的内在联系，发现一定的问题。以股利支付率来进行股利政策研究。研究得出：第一大股东持股比例与股利支付率之间正相关关系明显，而独立董事比例与之不存在明显的关联性。最后针对性的提出一些促进企业公司治理，更好地运用股利政策的建议与优化路径，以期为相关企业提供一定的参考与借鉴。关键词：股利政策；公司治理；互联网类企业Abstract：Since the 1970s, the international securities market began to enter the stage of development, the company started trading stocks, dividend payments as the main content of income distribution on the company's financial decision-making stage, become important component of company system, has important significance to the development of the company.This article first reviewed the domestic and foreign scholars on corporate governance and dividend policy of the related research and its related theory, then this article selects 2013-52 of 2017, China's Internet classes listed companies as the research object, through the establishment of regression model to empirical analysis of the selected data, listed on the Internet affect the relationship between corporate governance and dividend policy on the basis of the research, some more meaningful conclusions.The main conclusion of this paper is that there is a clear positive correlation between dividend payout ratio and the largest shareholding ratio, and it is more enthusiastic in distributing cash dividends.
