本科毕业设计（论文）大连新星海小区 6#框架住宅楼设计Design of the No.6 building in Dalian New Xinghai Residential Block学 院（系）： 土木水利学院 专 业： 学 生 姓 名： 学 号： 指 导 教 师： 评 阅 教 师： 完 成 日 期： 2025-6-12 摘 要本文为大连新星海小区 6＃框架住宅楼设计说明，包括建筑设计和结构设计两个部分。本工程为钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。建筑设计根据任务书的要求，采纳经济适用房的标准。综合考虑了环境、使用功能、户型选择、材料及建筑艺术等方面，从而确定设计方案，绘出建筑施工图。结构设计计算包括初步估算截面尺寸、各种荷载导算、框架内力计算、荷载组合、截面设计、配筋计算、楼梯设计及基础设计。框架内力计算包括水平地震作用下的内力计算，竖向恒荷载、活荷载作用下的内力计算。计算水平地震作用时，采纳顶点位移法确定自振周期，采纳底部剪力法计算楼层地震剪力，采纳“D 值法”计算水平地震作用下的框架内力。竖向荷载作用下的框架内力计算采纳弯矩二次分配法。框架内力计算完成后，进行了荷载组合，选取最不利的荷载组合进行截面设计。根据法律规范的要求进行了框架梁、柱的配筋计算，并考虑了梁端、柱端抗震条件下箍筋加密区的构造要求。楼梯设计采纳板式楼梯，设计内容包括梯段板设计、平台板设计和平台梁设计，并绘出施工图。根据框架结构形式及基顶荷载确定采纳柱下独立基础。辅助设计软件采纳 PKPM 软件，并通过该软件绘出结构施工图。关键词：经济适用房；框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计；钢筋混凝土 ；抗震设计； 底部剪力法；荷载组合；截面设计Design of the No.6 building in Dalian New Xinghai Residential BlockAbstract This paper is the design of the No.6 building in Dalian New Xinghai Residential Block, including architectural design and structural design.
