优秀工程造价专业毕业设计

摘 要本毕业设计是根据某某住宅楼工程的招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术法律规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。设计包括：商务标、技术标和结论。商务标包括编织的依据、范围、工程量计算过程及说明、工程造价的确定和工料分析；工程量计算规则根据《山东省建设工程工程量清单计价法律规范》中的计算规则计算，工程造价则是应用定额套价，采纳以人工费为计算基础的计价程序。技术标则包括工程概况、施工组织及部署、施工前的准备、施工平面布置、各项管理措施、设计方案的优化及降低成本措施。技术标是从人、材、机方面来进行施工布置，从技术、施工、物资等方面实行措施来确保工程进度、工程质量与施工安全，并在此基础上降低成本。关键词：施工方案；工程量；标书；商务标；技术标AbstractGraduating the design is a tender which according to 某某 community allocation floor project tender document bid notice, the condition of contract, the technology standard, the blueprint and other related documents establishes. Business Standard,including civil engineering,decoration,installation,and integrated unit of analysis; Calculation rules for construction in strict accordance with "Application of Shandong Province fixed works" in the calculation rules to calculate project cost is the application of a fixed set of prices,in strict accordance with Shandong Province valuation norms. Technology standard is from the human ， material,machine area to carry out a comprehensive layout of construction,including the preparation of the basis for project overview,construction overall plan,construction preparation work,the main branch (sub-) construction method to ensure the quality of the technical organization measures to ensure the safety measures of technical organizations,to ensure that the construction of technical civilizations organizational measures,product protection, reducing noise pollution...
