摘 要本毕业设计是根据某某住宅楼工程的招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术法律规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。设计包括：商务标、技术标和结论。商务标包括编织的依据、范围、工程量计算过程及说明、工程造价的确定和工料分析；工程量计算规则根据《山东省建设工程工程量清单计价法律规范》中的计算规则计算，工程造价则是应用定额套价，采纳以人工费为计算基础的计价程序。技术标则包括工程概况、施工组织及部署、施工前的准备、施工平面布置、各项管理措施、设计方案的优化及降低成本措施。技术标是从人、材、机方面来进行施工布置，从技术、施工、物资等方面实行措施来确保工程进度、工程质量与施工安全，并在此基础上降低成本。关键词：施工方案；工程量；标书；商务标；技术标AbstractGraduating the design is a tender which according to 某某 community allocation floor project tender document bid notice, the condition of contract, the technology standard, the blueprint and other related documents establishes.
