厂房混凝土浇筑施工合同CONTRACT OF CONCRETE POURING PROJECT 签署日期 Date of Signature 甲方：（发包方） Party A: (Employer)乙方：（承包方）Party B; ( Contractor)鉴于甲方将厂房混凝土浇筑施工项目工程的施工委托给有能力的承包商完成；鉴于乙方系有工程建设资质的承包商，同意依照本合同条款的约定完成该项目的施工；为顺利完成厂房混凝土浇筑施工项目工程施工，经双方协商一致，就乙方承包本项目的施工事宜签订本合同。WHEREAS party A will make consignation of construction of concrete pouring project for the building of factory to the competent contractor for accomplishment; and WHEREAS party B is the competent contractor with the authorization of project construct, and like to complete this project under the provisions of this contract.
