发挥社区优势做好新形势下老干部管理工作的探究发挥社区优势做好新形势下老干部管理工作的探究 摘要：离退休老干部是我们国家的宝贵财宝，他们心系大局，情系人民，关怀着国家大事，关怀着本单位的改革、进展和稳定。如何发挥社区优势，进一步做好老干部管理服务工作，为老干部提供更多更好的服务，使他们能够安享晚年，从而更好地发挥老干部的作用。了解社区管理服务工作的现状及存在的问题，就当前老干部社区服务工作中存在的问题进行了仔细的讨论和分析，对进展和加强老干部社区服务工作提出建议，根据老干部的不同需求，全方位地提供不同层次的服务，形成多方参加兴办，运作机制完善，政策法规配套，管理法律规范有序的社区服务管理体系，实现六个“老有”的工作目标。 关键词：社区；新形势；老干部；管理工作；探究 Abstract: the retired veteran cadres are precious wealth of our country, they concern themselves with the overall situation, the people, concerned about national affairs, concerned about the reform, development and stability of the unit. How to take advantage of communities, further improve the management and service work of veteran cadres, and provide more and better services for the old cadres, so that they can enjoy their lives, so as to better play the role of old cadres. To understand the status quo of community management and service work and the existing problems, the author studies and analyses the existing old cadre community service work problems, put forward some proposals for the development and strengthening of old cadre community service work, according to the different needs of old cadres, provide different levels of service in all directions, forming a multi-stakeholder involvement in, operation mechanism, policies and regulations supporting, orderly management of community service management system, the realization of the six "old" work objectives.
