Self examine and joint checkup of drawings, and complete technical disclosure, submit materials plan and list of machinery and equipments.进行图纸自、会审，完成技术交底工作，提出材料计划、机械设备清单。2. Organize construction team to enter into the site, and provide technical training course, quality awareness, safety education for construction crews before entering into the site.组织施工队伍进场，对施工队伍进行入场前的技术培训、质量意识、安全教育培训。3.
