浅谈公路工程造价控制浅谈公路工程造价控制 【摘要】： 在市场经济条件下,我们怎样才能对公路工程造价进行有效的控制造价与科学的管理已经成为我们对公路工程建设管理中的重要组成部分，公路工程的造价控制贯穿于整个公路建设的全过程。公路造价管理需要将施工技术、市场经济与工程管理相结合，对公路工程各个阶段进行控制。本文就对公路工程建设中的造价控制进行了详细论述，并针对加强公路工程施工造价控制中的一些问题提出相应的措施。 【关键词】：公路工程；施工；造价控制 【 abstract 】 : Under the condition of market economy, how can we effective control for highway engineering cost by cost and scientific management has become our is an important part in the construction and management for highway engineering, highway engineering cost control throughout the whole process of highway construction. Highway construction cost management needs to be combined with engineering management, technology, market economy at various stages of highway engineering control. In this paper, the cost control of highway engineering construction are discussed in detail, and aims at strengthening highway project construction cost control of some of the problems put forward the corresponding measures. 【 key words 】 : highway engineering; Construction; Cost control 中图分类号：TQ639.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 一、引言 公路工程建设造价管理，是在公路工程施工过程中，在确保工程质量、项目工期等的基础上，对施工过程中所消耗的人力、资金、机械以及其他费用开支等进行的监督和管理，我们必须利用经济、技术以及管理等手段，保证施工的各项费用控制在造价预算之内，并且在确保项目施工完成的同时，优化公路工程建设施工成本造价控制。 二、公路工程建设中的造价控制问题 目前，我国公路施工建设的造价控制面临以几个下问题：第一，在公路施工中，施工单位使用的机械设备非常多，施工工序也非常复杂，造成施工费用比较高；第二，公路工程的建设施工单位非常多，因此造成市场竞争非常激烈，所以只有低成本才能生存；第三，施工的发包方对于公路工程要求...
