In this paper, in-depth analysis of the status of building technology in China, and development strategies of the later described in detail. 中图分类号： TU-098.6 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-2104（2025） 经济要进展、科技要进步，需建立在人类对能源不断消耗利用的基础上。人类社会的每次进展，都需要对能源进一步的使用与消耗。现在，我们以及面临着全球性的能源危机，中国作为一个负责任的大国应该坚持可持续进展的策略。科学讨论表明，总体环境污染（空气、水、光、电磁和固体垃圾）中有 34%与建筑业有关，并且建筑业也是一个耗能大户，全球有 50%的能量消耗在建筑的建造和使用过程中。建筑作为能源消耗最大的行业，最近几年，正逐步走上大力进展高效环保节能的绿色建筑之路。[1]所谓绿色建筑，就是指 “在建筑的全寿命周期内，最大限度地节约资源（节能、节地、节水、节材）保护环境和减少污染，为人们提供健康、舒适和高效的使用空间，与自然和谐共生的建筑”[2]。 1 我国建筑技术进展现状 20 世纪 90 年代开始，我国逐步的走上了绿色建筑的尝试之路。2025 年，建设部出台《绿色建筑技术导则》，这一系列绿色建筑的技术规则、评估体系及评估法律规范陆续的出台，不但给绿色建筑明确的定义，而且针对绿色建筑的规划设计、施工、智能、运营管理等技术要点也提出了指导性意见...
