菊儿胡同规划评析菊儿胡同规划评析 摘要:城市是不断进展不断成长的，城市中可以看到历史的痕迹，也可以看到时代的印记，正是这种传承与发扬，使得城市更具魅力，城市的保护与进展似乎是对立的，如何解决这种矛盾，使得城市在保护的同时得到进展，吴良镛先生进行了深化的探究和讨论，并通过菊儿胡同的设计，体现了他的学术思想，本文通过对菊儿胡同的学习及评析，对如何协调城市的保护与建设两者之间矛盾有了更好的认识。 Abstract ：Cities are developing and changing everyday,we can find the trip of the evaluation of the city as well as the signet of the development ,which made cities more charming.It’s obvious that the conflict of the development and protection of the city is following the history of the city.About how to cohere with it,Professor Wuliangyong has gone deep into it for years.In 1990s, Professor Wu put his ideololy into effect as the project of the planind of Juer Hutong .20 years has passed away,how about the life of the residents there?How is the development of the region going on?Is it a efficiency way of protection of old cities?This paper will discussed these questions. 关键词：菊儿胡同旧城保护保护与进展 Key words ：planind of Juer Hutongprotecte and developprotection of old cities 中图分类号： TU984 文献标识码：文章编号： 在快速城市化的背景下，传统民居被多层、高层居住替代导致城市尺度肌理遭到破坏，传统四合院变成大杂院导致建筑尺度的肌理丧失，清华大学的吴良镛教授为解决旧城保护与城市进展的矛盾，进行了一系列的讨论，从城市的各个层次：城市尺度、传统街坊尺度、新街坊尺度、新里巷尺度、新院落尺度、每户的尺度，寻找城市的内在肌理。对新四合院住宅体系，从“合院组群”、“合院小组群”、“标准院落”的尺度进行讨论。并以菊儿胡同为例，进行实践性的探究。菊儿胡同的改造是从整治历史文化名城的角度进行规划设计，从城市设计的角度处理住宅设计问题。 理论讨论 菊儿胡同是对如何满足旧城的城市肌理及建筑肌理的保护并适应现代人们的居住进行的讨论，因此，需要从城市尺度、街坊尺度、建筑的...
