论高房价状态下的住宅方案设计与建筑成本控制论高房价状态下的住宅方案设计与建筑成本控制 摘要:目前,我国的房地产市场生意火爆,房价水涨船高,有愈演愈烈之势。导致房价过高的因素也是多方面的,过高的房价为我国的经济社会的和谐健康进展带来了不利影响。因此如何在高房价的状态下进行合理的住宅方案的设计并有效控制建筑成本的增加,这也是在高房价状态下让普通收入者能够买的起房子的有效途径。本文首先分析了导致我国房价过高的因素,并剖析了过高房价给我国社会带来的危害,然后重点阐述了高房价下住宅方案的设计应着眼的方向,以及如何控制建筑成本。 关键词:高房价;土地价格;住宅方案;中小户型;建筑成本 Abstract: at present, China's real estate market business is hot, house prices have gone up, called-are.
