We can see from the diagram thatthewater cycle is a very complicated process. Paragraph 2Heated by the sun， water in rivers， lakes and the sea evaporated， hereby the water cycle begins. And water contained in plants and trees also transpires to form water vapor. Then the vapor rises high into the sky invisibly。 When it is carried by wind to high land, the vapor begins to cool， thus forming clouds。 Wind will blow the clouds farther till they meet with cold air in the sky and cool further. Paragraph 3At this time， droplets contained in clouds condense to form bigger drops of rain and will fall to the earth when they are big enough。 With rainfall， water falls back into the rivers, lakes and sea again。 Some of the rainfall will be absorbed by soil to form ground water which is stored between porous rock layer and non-porous rock layer. Finally, the ground water will flow into rivers， lakes and seas， so will some rivers into the sea. At this point, the evaporation starts again.
