摘 要本工程为合肥市一处拟建多层接待中心。按使用功能将建筑分为五层的接待中心主楼和局部二层裙房。主楼标高 20。7m,局部裙楼两层 8.4m。总建筑面积 5757。84m2。本建筑物防火等级二级,抗震设防烈度 7 度。本工程结构设计采纳框架结构,结构计算按横向框架承重分析.内力计算考虑以下三种荷载作用,即水平地震荷载作用下的内力,竖向荷载作用下的内力及重力荷载代表值值作用下的内力。在进行截面抗震设计时,柱按偏压构件计算,为保证延性框架要“强剪弱弯,强柱弱梁,强节点弱构件强锚固的设计原则,且满足构造要求。关键词: 框架;结构设计;抗震设计ABSTRACTThis engineering is a reception centre of building intending to set up in hefei City。 According to the use function, the construct contents five layer’s tall building and two layer’s short building。 The high is20。7 ms of Main floor and the partial floor elevation is 8.4 m.
