冲压件 PPAP 阶段尺寸质量控制方法刘银华金隼 (上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院上海市数字化汽车车身重点实验室,上海 202540)摘要:对汽车冲压件生产件批准程序阶段尺寸质量控制进行了讨论,分析了冲压车间尺寸波动形式,即由轮内波动和轮间波动组成,故在生产件批准程序(PPAP)阶段采纳多轮冲压代替传统的单轮冲压方法来检测轮次间的尺寸稳定性,并根据抽样两类错误要求给出了具体的抽样方案及轮间偏差波动的检测方法
最后在某冲压车间采纳该方法,建立了该车间的尺寸质量控制流程,取得了较好的效果
