残疾儿童教育缺失问题的研究分析 教育教学专业VIP专享

摘 要在现如今的社会中，残疾人的社会地位相对来说比较低下，而且，残疾人也是一个社会边缘群体。在现实社会生活中，还是有一部分人对残疾人的态度相对恶劣，对他们有一种歧视的心理。残疾儿童作为这个社会边缘群体中更为弱势的群体，在社会生活中可能会有更多的困难。残疾儿童由于自身的缺陷，无法达到和正常人一样自主生活能力的高度，生活等方面都比较困难，所以残疾儿童应该通过教育来改变现状。残疾儿童能否接受高质量的教育，是他们今后走进和融入社会的关键因素之一。我国残疾儿童教育缺失问题到目前还是没有得到全面的解决。残疾儿童教育缺失，主要是没有完善的立法保护，从而不能让每一个残疾儿童都得到接受教育的保障，而且对残疾儿童教育事业的资金投入不够，特殊学校及相应教师的数量过少等因素都阻碍了特殊教育事业的发展。关键词：残疾儿童；教育缺失；立法保护；资金保障AbstractIn today’s society, the social status of the disabled is relatively, whatever, the disabled is also a social marginal group. There are still some people are relatively poor attitude towards the disabled and they have a prejudice against the disabled in the real society. As a more vulnerable group in the marginalized groups ,disabled children may have more difficulties in social life. Disabled children are unable to achieve the same ability to live as normal people because of their own shortcomings, their life is difficult, so they should go school by study. It is one of the key factors for the disabled children to receive high quality education in the future.The lack of education for disabled children in China has not yet been fully resolved.
