JSB 薄壁配合件数控加工工艺及编程摘 要本论文是一副对典型型腔薄壁套件进行工艺分析、数控编程及完成加工,主要运用所学知识对零件图进行工艺分析、制定工艺路线、确定工艺方案。并运用 UG 软件进行造型和自动编程,最终完成零件的加工。论文表明:通过对该零件的工艺分析、造型、加工,深入了解了零件制造的全过程,加工完成后零件也达到了加工要求。造型、轨迹及 G 代码的生成也以最简洁的方式做出,达到了预期的要求。关键词:型腔薄壁套件,自动编程,数控加工,工艺分析AbstractThis paper is a pair of typical cavity thin-wall kit process analysis, numerical control programming and complete processing, mainly using the knowledge of the parts of the process analysis, the development of the process route, determine the process plan. And the use of UG software modeling and automatic programming, the final completion of parts processing. The paper shows that: through the process analysis, modeling and processing of this part, the whole process of parts manufacturing is deeply understood, and the parts also meet the processing requirements after the processing is completed.
