摘要本设计课题为 12000 吨/年顺酐车间的工艺设计,经过各种生产工艺路线的评价和比较,确定了目前国内外广泛推广并且在经济上可行的以苯为原料的生产方法。它采用 V2O5 为催化剂的等温固定床列管式反应器。反应产物经过部冷器,水吸收塔,间歇恒沸减压精馏以及减压精制的成熟工艺技术过程而得到的最终产品。并对顺酐氧化回收工段进行细致的分析设计。另外,对于车间用能进行了详细计算与分析,提出了有效的节能措施;对副产物的回收(例如:副产物酸水的循环利用)和“三废”进行了简单的处理;并对车间的环保和安全进行了考虑和分析。关键词:顺酐工艺设计氧化回收AbstractThe design issues for the 12,000 t / maleic anhydride plant in process design, through the evaluation and comparison of various production process route, identified widely at home and abroad and economically viable benzene as raw material production methods.
