对我国禁枪令的浅析分析研究 法学专业

对我国禁枪令的浅析摘要：枪支管理对一个国家的国家安全、政治稳定以及人民生产生活的保障都具有十分重要的意义。美国频发的枪击案给美国社会带来了极大恐慌，也让人民意识到枪支管理的重要性。美国早期受到英国殖民者的影响，一直都坚持控枪而不禁枪。我国自古以来就没有持有武器的传统，因此我国对枪支管理实行“禁枪”原则。比较美国和我国对于枪支管理的不同之处，突显出我国实行“禁枪令”的优势。关键词：控枪；禁枪；完善枪支管理；美国枪支管理An analysis of the ban on guns in ChinaAbstract: Gun management is of great significance to the national security, political stability and the guarantee of people's productive life. America's frequent shootings have brought great panic to American society and made people aware of the importance of gun control. The United States was influenced by the British colonists in the early days, insisting on gun control. Since ancient times, China has not held the tradition of weapons, so China's gun management practice of "ban gun" principle.
