高校学生图书采购管理的研究摘 要 高校学生图书采购的总成本占教育总成本的 60%-70%，控制图书采购成本已成为了控制图书总成本的主导部分。目前，高校学生图书采购管理已经成为了一个备受关注的重要领域。本文结合教育图书采购本身周期长、复杂、独特以及风险高等特点，分析了高校学生图书采购过程中应注意的事项：要将采购作为整个教育图书的工作，不能仅凭个人或是部门的主观臆断去决定；加强采购的规范化，杜绝违法乱纪行为；对于某些生产周期长的材料和设备要提前订购；做好图书采购的文件管理等。并结合教育图书的实际，分析了高校学生图书采购的影响因素，尤其是价格因素对采购管理的影响，与此同时，分析了 JIT 和 MRP 采购管理模式的优缺点，提出了教育图书物质采购管理的合适采购策略。关键词：教育图书；采购管理过程；准时化生产模式；图书采购需求计划模式MATERIAL PURCHASING MANAGEMENT OF PROJECTABSTRACT The cost of procurement account for 60%-70% of total project, control costs of procurement has become the dominant part of the total cost in the project. Currently, people pay more and more attention to materials procurement of the project . The procurement of the project itself should take a long time to cycle, and also it is very complex and unique. People should take high risk in the process of procurement. The follow are problems in the process of procurement we should pay attention to: We should take procurement as a whole ; Strengthen the standardization of procurement, for some materials we should order in advance; Archiving files of procurement. Take actual project into consideration, analyzed factors of material procurement ， especially the price.
