摘 要 随着国家经济建设及各项事业的不断发展，产业用纺织品在各个领域的应用日益受到关注。特别是汶川大地震震灾中对帐篷的紧急需求，以及灾后重建对土工布、建筑增强材料等产品的大量需求，都在警示产业用纺织品行业应当加快发展，提高产品科技含量，以满足应急事件、经济建设和各项发展的高水平要求。为此，开发和应用高档帐篷面料，采用合理组织设计，生产出符合企业生产要求的帐篷基布，对于提高帐篷产品档次、开拓市场、提高产品附加值、增加经济效益具有重大意义。本产品开发采用了高度度、高膜、低收缩和良好的热稳定性及耐化学药剂的涤纶长丝作为原料，采用平纹为基础组织，通过角连锁接结组织开发出立体机织物帐篷面料，并对生产制造及后整理工艺进行设计。为我国帐篷新产品开发提供理论依据，并对工厂生产提供了有效的参考依据。关键词：帐篷，织物设计，三维立体机织物，工艺设计，制造,后整理，ABSTRACTAlong with the national economic construction and development of undertakings, industrial textiles in various fields of applications increasing attention.
