移民搬迁对农民外出务工部分人口特征的影响——基于三峡工程巴东移民数据① 摘要：本文通过对三峡工程巴东库区外出务工农民特征在搬迁前后的变化分析，发现受搬迁引起的库区农民外出务工变动更大的是迁入者，特别是女性迁入者，搬迁后的女性比搬迁前更倾向于外出务工。不同文化程度的农民外出务工受到搬迁的影响也不同，中学外出务工更明显一些，文化程度较低的农民特别是文盲对搬迁未表现出外出务工倾向，反应较迟缓。笔者认为政府应对搬迁后的迁入居民，特别是女性应给予更多的关注，帮助提高她们的经济地位，还要加强安置区扫盲教育和保障义务教育的实施与完成。关键词：巴东移民；搬迁；外出务工Impact of Immigration Relocation on Some Population Characteristics of the Peasant Migrant Workers——Based on the Three Gorges Project Padang Immigration data Abstract: Through analyzing the changes of Padang migrant workers’ population characteristics in Three Gorges Project Reservoir Area between before and after the relocation, we found that immigrants those who move into the reservoir area have a bigger change in the farmer workers, especially women immigrants. After the removal, women are more inclined to work out than before of the relocation. The impacts of the relocation on peasant migrant workers are different in regard to their educational level. Who have middle school educational backgrounds working out are some of the more obvious, but the illiterate farmers has shown no willingness to be migrant workers, who have not sharp reaction.
