我国农村留守儿童的现状及对策研究摘要伴随我国城镇化进程的加快，大量农村劳动力进城务工，一些农村儿童没有随同父母流动，成为农村留守儿童。本世纪以来，农村留守儿童规模持续扩大，其空前的规模、复杂的局面和广泛的影响引起了政府、社会和学界的密切关注。然而，在应对农村留守儿童问题上，当前的公共政策和管理措施成效并不显著，依照现行思路，很难得到根本的解决。本文以我国农村留守儿童为研究对象，运用全国人口普查数据资料、农村留守儿童状况调查等数据成果，分析我国农村留守儿童的现状及对策。通过本文的研究给政府部门提供一些借鉴，使其更好的为以后制定留守儿童相关政策和开展留守儿童相关活动奠定基础，并希望能够呼吁社会共同关注留守儿童问题，逐步建立解决留守儿童问题的社会体系。通过研究发现，我国农村留守儿童主要存在四个方面的问题：生活照料缺乏、生活问题突出；监护力度缺乏、安全问题骤增；亲情关怀缺失、心理问题增多；核心教育缺位、教育问题堪忧。我国农村留守儿童存在问题的原因主要有：政府政策滞后是根本原因、家庭教育缺失是直接原因、学校教育缺失是主要原因、农村社会不良风气是重要因素。通过对贵州毕节留守儿童自杀事件分析发现，贵州毕节自杀留守儿童主要面临三个方面的困境：物质性困境、心理性困境、社会适应性困境。通过贵州毕节留守儿童自杀事件进行反思，我们发现农村留守儿童社会救助存在问题、农村留守儿童心理需求长期被忽视、农村留守儿童监护制度存在问题、农村留守儿童生存权法律保护缺失。本文提出了我国农村留守儿童的对策：注重对农村留守儿童的生活照料、加强对农村留守儿童的保护力度、关心农村留守儿童的心理健康、完善对农村留守儿童的教育管理。关键词：农村；留守儿童；教育；心理；生活StudyonthecurrentsituationandCountermeasuresofruralleftbehindchildreninChinaAbstractWiththeacceleratedprocessofurbanizationinChina，alargenumberofrurallaborforcetoworkinthecity，someruralchildrendonotfollowtheirparentsandbecomeleftbehindchildreninruralareas.Sincethebeginningofthiscentury，thescaleofruralleftbehindchildrenhasbeenexpanding.Theunprecedentedscale，complexsituationandextensiveinfluencehavearousedcloseattentionfromthegovernment，societyandacademia.However，inresponsetotheproblemofruralleftbehindchildren，thecurrentpublicpoliciesandmanagementmeasuresarenoteffective.Accordingtothecurrenttrainofthought，itisdifficulttosolvefundamentally.TakingtheleftbehindchildreninruralChinaastheresearchobject，thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationandCountermeasuresoftheruralleftbehindchildrenbyusingthedataofthenationalcensusdataandthesurveyoftheleftbehindchildreninruralareas.Throughthestudyofthispapercanprovidesomereferencetothegovernmentdepartments，makeitbetterforthefuturedevelopmentofleft-behindchildrenrelatedpoliciesandcarryoutrelatedactivitiesleft-behindchildrenlaythefoundation，andhopetobeabletoappealtothecommunityofcommonconcernleft-behindchildren，andgraduallyestablishasocialsystemtosolvetheproblemofLeft-behindchildren.Throughthestudy，wefindthattherearefourmainproblemsinruralleftbehindchildren：lackoflifecareandlifeproblems，lackofguardianship，sharpincreaseofsafetyproblems，lackoffamilycareandpsychologicalproblems，lackofcoreeducationandeducationproblems.Themainreasonsfortheproblemsofruralleftbehindchildrenare：thelaggingbehindofgovernmentpolicyistherootcause，thelackoffamilyeducationisthedirectcause，thelackofschooleducationisthemainreason，andtheunhealthysocialatmosphereinruralareasisanimportantfactor.BasedontheanalysisofsuicidecasesofleftbehindchildreninBijie，Guizhou，itisfoundthatthechildrenleftbehindinGuizhouBijiefacethreedifficulties：materialdi...
