摘要依托强劲的经济增势,近几年来,杭州市内河货运船舶运力规模逐年攀升
截至2017年6月,杭州市内河货运船舶己逾62万t,其中个体运力达到55万t占全市运力总规模89%,五年翻了一番,占据了内河货运的绝对主导地位
然而,随着水运市场趋向理性发展,现有“小打小闹”的个体经营弊病己口益凸显,突出地表现为自目发展、恶性竞争、人员素质良荞不齐、经营行为不规范、管理难度加大等等
针对这些现状,有必要对现有的个体运力进行必要的整合,扬其长,抑其短,引导个体经营船舶走规模化经营、集约化管理的道路,实现杭州市内河水运的可持续发展
