摘要幼儿园学前教育是整个教育系统的重要基底，是终身教育的起点，在整个教育体系中担当着不可或缺的角色；且在提升国民素质、推动社会进步，扩大教育公平等方面也起着不可或缺的作用。虽然近几年我国学前教育事业得到了一定的发展，但由于地域经济水平上的落差和文化风俗的差异，农村地区的学前教育发展不尽如人意，如何在农村发展幼儿园成为各界关注的焦点。为了了解彝族地区乡村幼儿园教育现状，我们以石林县长湖镇为例，采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法，介绍了石林县长湖镇幼儿园的发展现状，石林县长湖镇幼儿园教育存在的问题和石林县长湖镇幼儿园课程资源开发与利用对策。调查发现石林县长湖镇幼儿园在方便幼儿就近入学，提高入园率，更加顺畅地家园合作，幼儿行为规范更容易形成；以及与农村社区文化结合衍生出适合农村幼儿发展的文化等方面具有特有的优势，同时也存在着一系列的问题问题，我在本文中借鉴其他一些地区的办学经验，结合当地实际情况对彝族地区的乡村幼儿教育提出一些合理建议。关键词：彝族地区；乡村幼儿园教育；石林县长湖镇；现状对策AbstractKindergartenpreschooleducationisanimportantbaseofthewholeeducationsystem,isthestartingpointoflifelongeducation,playsanindispensableroleinthewholeeducationsystem;andinimprovingnationalquality,promotingsocialprogress,expandingeducationalsoplaysanindispensablerole.ThoughthedevelopmentofpreschooleducationinChinahasbeendevelopinginrecentyears,thedevelopmentofpreschooleducationinruralareasisnotsatisfactorybecauseofthegapinregionaleconomiclevelandthedifferencesbetweencultureandcustoms.Howtodevelopkindergartensinthecountrysidehasbecomethefocusofattentionfromallwalksoflife.InordertounderstandthestatusofruralpreschooleducationinYinationalityarea,weinShilinCountytownasanexample,usingthemethodofliteratureandquestionnaire,introducesthedevelopmentstatusofShilinCountytownofthekindergarten,andtheuseofShilinCountyandtownkindergartencurriculumresourcesdevelopmentcountermeasuresinShilinCountytown,kindergarteneducation.ThesurveyfoundthatthekindergarteninShilinCountytown,convenientforchildrentothenearestschool,improvetheenrollmentrate,moresmoothcooperation,children'sbehaviornormsaremorelikelytoform;andruralcommunityculturecombinedwiththederivedhasuniqueadvantagesforruralcultureandotheraspectsofchilddevelopment,therearealsoaseriesofproblems,Ilearnfromothersomeareasoftheschoolexperienceinthispaper,putforwardsomereasonablesuggestionsaccordingtothelocalactualsituationofruralpreschooleducationinYinationalityarea.Keywords:Yinationalityarea;ruralkindergarteneducation;ShilinCountychangHutown;currentcountermeasures一、相关概念论述（一）我国的乡村幼儿园教育随着社会的进步，经济的发展，国家对幼儿教育的重视，对教育的需求越来越增加。但幼儿教育的发展和经济建设的发展，与儿童教育的需求相比，仍存在许多差距。特别是资金的发展、规模的发展、幼儿园、教师、教育教学和管理监督等方面都有许多方面的问题。学前教育是整个教育系统的基点，对于推动幼儿身心和谐发展、养成良好的生活行为习惯等都具有极其的重要意义。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》(2010)明确指出：学前教育对幼儿身心健康、习惯养成和智力开发具有重要意义。2014年11月教育部、国家发展改革委、财政部在关于实施第二期学前教育三年行动计划的意见中提出，函需加快学前教育发展，进一步解决“入园难”问题。意见指出在坚持公益普惠的原则下发展我国学前教育，不断优化学前教育资源实现合理配置，实行公办民办并举，致力提高学前教育的公共服务水平，调整资源结构，扩大普惠性民办园和公办园的覆盖面。近年来我国的学前教育事业，虽然在政府与社会多方面的共同努力下呈现迅速发展的优良态势，但我国学前教育的发展仍与当前的经...
