摘要近年来，农业众筹方式以提高个人闲置资金利用率，有助于农业发展等优点正受到越来越多的青睐，然而，众筹用户信用不高会给众筹项目的实施带来一定的风险。因此，本文首先阐述众筹的概念及起源发展，并对国内外对农业众筹的研究作出归纳，并分析当今主流的众筹网站，通过以上准备工作设计众筹用户信用评价机制调查表，并对问卷进行发放回收得到农产品众筹数据并通过一套农产品众筹信用评价体系得出信用评价指标确定及权重分析。并且在信用评价方面得以下结论：1、对在农产品的众筹过程中，有对项目发起人的较为系统的信用评价是必须的。2、对主流众筹网站进行分析发现，项目的发展前景、投资方式及额度、项目发起人的信用等级、项目发起人的好评率、已成功完成的项目数量、项目的成功率这六个指标能够对项目发起人信用有较为全面的评价。3、对于发展前景，项目发起人需要对项目进行实际的考量并在项目描述中有客观、正面的体现。在投资方式及额度方面，项目发起人应根据项目实际的资金需求与融资进度合理的安排投资的方式与额度。对于信用等级方面，要求众筹平台对项目发起人设以信用等级的层级要求，以便投资人能够直接可观的看到项目发起人的评价，众筹平台能够有对项目数量和项目成功率也能做出详细的数据统计。关键词：农产品众筹；众筹平台；信用评价；项目发起人AbstractInrecentyears,advantageofagriculturalpublicfinancingtoimprovetheutilizationofindividualidlefundsandhelpthedevelopmentofagriculturearebecomingmoreandmorepopular.However,thelowcreditofthepublicuserswillbringmanyriskstotheimplementationofproject.Therefore,thispaperfirstexpoundstheconceptofpublicfinancinganditsoriginanddevelopment,andmakesasummaryoftheresearchonthepublicraisedathomeandabroad,andanalyzesthemainstreampublicresearchwebsite.Throughtheabovepreparation,Idesignaquestionnaireofthepublicusercreditevaluationmechanismandcollectthedatafromtheagriculturalproductstogetthedataandpassasetofdata.Thecreditevaluationsystemofagriculturalproductcrowdraisedcreditevaluationindexdeterminationandweightanalysis.Finally,someconclusionsaredrawnonthecreditevaluation.1、thereisasystematiccreditevaluationfortheprojectsponsorsintheprocessofraisingpublicproducts.2、theanalysisofthemainstreampublicsitesfoundthatthedevelopmentprospectsoftheproject,thewayandtheamountoftheinvestment,thecreditratingoftheprojectsponsors,thepraiserateoftheprojectsponsors,thenumberofsuccessfulprojectsandthesuccessrateoftheproject,cangiveamorecomprehensiveevaluationofthecreditoftheprojectsponsors.3、Intermsofdevelopmentprospects,projectsponsorsneedtoconsidertheprojectinrealtermsandhaveanobjectiveandpositiveembodimentintheprojectdescription.Intermsofinvestmentmodeandquota,theprojectsponsorshouldarrangetheinvestmentwayandthequotaaccordingtotheactualfunddemandandthefinancingprogress.Intermsofthecreditratingoftheprojectsponsors,theplatformrequirestheplatformtoputthelevelofcreditratingontheprojectsponsor,sothattheinvestorcanseetheevaluationoftheprojectsponsordirectlyandsizable.Intermsofthenumberofprojectsandthesuccessrateofprojects,thepublicfundingplatformcanhavedetailedstatistics.Keywords:Crowdraisingofagriculturalproducts;crowdraisingplatform;creditevaluation;projectsponsors.目录摘要.............................................................2Abstract.........................................................3第一章研究背景与意义............................................51.1研究背景与意义.....................................................................51.1.1研究背景........................................................................5...
