多相催化剂的制备及其催化生物质转化制备呋喃性能研究摘要随着中草药产业的壮大发展,近几年,平均每年舍弃的炉底药渣的重量在3千万吨上下浮动,而应当集中销毁的废弃草药渣也已超过70%。现今对于这些废弃资源的处理办法一般为焚烧、堆积以及填埋,但是这样严重浪费了中药的资源,同时也破坏了环境。所以有关中草药渣等生物质能源的研究逐渐兴起,生物质原料可以通过催化转化为环保、绿色的化学原料具有十分重要意义。糠醛作为一种最重要的生物质呋喃的主要来源,可以通过催化加氢实现糠醛转化为糠醇等重要化学产品。本课题主要对镍掺杂的多相碳化钨催化剂(Ni-WC)在生物质催化转化领域进行了一系列研究。对大血藤粉末、偏钨酸铵、去离子水和醋酸镍等原材料进行溶解、搅拌和烘干,并高温煅烧,制备了碳化钨催化剂和含镍碳化钨(Ni-WC)催化剂。并对催化剂进行测试,通过XRD物相对比,发现含镍的偏钨酸铵的主要物相特征比无镍掺杂时的更为明显,催化剂的性能更强催化剂的稳定性和选择性更高。在此基础上做了碳化钨物催化剂(Ni-WC)对糠醛加氢性能影响的实验。镍掺杂对中草药渣炭负载碳化钨催化糠醛加氢性能的分析,实验结果表明镍掺杂的催化剂不仅对糠醛转化率有明显的提升效果,而且对不同反应产物的产率有提升作用。关键词:呋喃;糠醛;生物质;碳化钨;Ni-WC催化剂;页码AbstractWiththegrowthanddevelopmentofChineseherbalmedicineindustry,theannualdischargeofChineseherbalmedicineresidueinChinahasreached70milliontons,andtheamountofChineseherbalmedicineresiduetobetreatedaccountsforabout70%,whichisrichinresources.Atpresent,itismainlytreatedbystacking,incinerationandlandfill,andthistraditionaltreatmentmethodnotonlypollutestheenvironmentbutalsowastesresources.GeneralSecretaryXiproposedtostrivetoreachthepeakofcarbondioxideemissionsby2030,andstrivetoachievecarbonneutralityby2060.Therefore,theresearchonbiomassenergysuchasChineseherbalmedicineresidueisgraduallyrising.Itisofgreatsignificancethatbiomassmaterialscanbeconvertedintoenvironmentalfriendlyandgreenchemicalmaterialsthroughcatalysis.Furfural,asthemostimportantsourceofbiomassfuran,canbeconvertedintofurfuralalcoholandotherimportantchemicalproductsbycatalytichydrogenation.Inthisproject,aseriesofresearchesonNidopedheterogeneoustungstencarbide(Ni-WC)catalystsinbiomasscatalyticconversionwerecarriedout.Tungstencarbideandnickelcontainingtungstencarbide(Ni-WC)catalystswerepreparedbydissolving,stirring,dryingandcalciningrawmaterialssuchasSargentodoxapowder,ammoniummetatungstate,deionizedwaterandnickelacetate.ThroughXRDphasecomparison,itisfoundthatthemainphasecharacteristicsofammoniummetatungstatecontainingnickelaremoreobviousthanthosewithoutnickeldoping,theperformanceofthecatalystisstronger,andthestabilityandselectivityofthecatalystarehigher.Onthisbasis,theeffectoftungstencarbidecatalyst(Ni-WC)onthehydrogenationperformanceoffurfuralwasstudied.TheeffectofnickeldopingonthecatalyticperformanceofChineseherbalmedicineresiduecarbonsupportedtungstencarbideforfurfuralhydrogenationwasanalyzed.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatthenickeldopedcatalystnotonlyimprovedtheconversionoffurfural,butalsoimprovedtheyieldofdifferentreactionproducts.KeyWords:furan;Furfural;Biomass;Tungstencarbide;Ni-WCcatalyst;页码目录第一章绪论.................................................................................................................61.1研究背景及意义....................................................71.2糠醛的来源及其生产方法............................................81.2.1糠醛及其衍生物用途.............................................91.2.2糠醛...
