III摘要目的:研究三种常见花茶有效成分的提取工艺的优化及其抑菌作用。通过不同超声时间取值的最适时间实验、不同超声功率取值的最适功率实验、不同料液比取值的最佳比例实验、不同提取时间取值的最适时间实验、不同乙醇浓度取值的最佳浓度实验,先进行了单因素实证试验并展开分析,之后又进行正交实验,从而确定三种常见花茶有效成分的最适提取条件;通过测量抑菌圈大小、MIC、MBC值,比较绿原酸和总黄酮提取液这两种不同场景环境下,对大肠杆菌能够发挥的抑菌效果,及对金黄色葡萄球菌起到有效抑菌作用,同时还有枯草芽孢杆菌能够达到的抑菌效果,实验结果表明,针对金银花绿原酸进行提取过程中最适条件具体分别是:超声时间有效取值是15min,料液比有效取值是1:30(g/mL);超声功能有效取值是180W,提取时间有效取值为60min;与此同时,针对杭白菊总黄酮进行提取过程中最适条件具体分别是:料液比有效取值是1:15(g/mL);提取温度有效取值是50℃;提取时间有效取值是70min;另外,针对玫瑰花总黄酮进行提取过程中最适条件具体分别是:乙醇浓度有效取值是70%,超声次数有效取值是3次,超声时间有效取值是30min,料液比有效取值是1:25(g/mL);从实验所得各种数据和结果显示,绿原酸表现显著,另外总黄酮也表现突出,二者的提取液对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用最显著。结论:通过对三种花茶有效成分的提取及抑菌效果研究,为天然抑菌剂的开发和生产应用提供参考。关键词:金银花;杭白菊;玫瑰花;绿原酸;黄酮;提取;抑菌圈;MIC;MBCIVAbstractObjective:Tostudytheextractionprocessoptimizationandbacteriostasisofthreekindsofeffectivecomponentsofscentedtea.Throughdifferentultrasonictime,thedifferentvaluesbetweenthemosttimelyexperimentsofultrasonicpowervalueoftheoptimalpowerexperiment,differentsolid-liquidratiovalueasthenumberofthebestproportionoftheexperiment,differentextractingtimebetweenthemosttimelyexperiment,theoptimalconcentrationofethanolconcentration,experiment,firsthascarriedontheempiricaltestandanalysis,singlefactorandorthogonalexperiments,afterTodeterminetheoptimalextractionconditionsofthreecommonactivecomponentsofscentedtea;Bymeasuringthebacteriostaticcirclesize,MICandMBCvalues,thebacteriostaticeffectsofchlorogenicacidandtotalflavonoidextractsonEscherichiacoli,Staphylococcusaureus,andBacillussubtiliswerecomparedundertwodifferentenvironments.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthat,TheoptimalconditionsfortheextractionofchlorogenicacidfromLoniceraejaponicaewereasfollows:theeffectivevalueofultrasonictimewas15min,andtheeffectivevalueofsolid-liquidratiowas1:30(g/mL);Theeffectivevalueofultrasonicfunctionwas180W,andtheeffectivevalueofextractiontimewas60min.Atthesametime,theoptimalconditionsfortheextractionoftotalflavonoidsfromChrysanthemumsinensiswereasfollows:theeffectivevalueofsolid-liquidratiowas1:15(g/mL);Theeffectivevalueofextractiontemperatureis50℃.Theeffectivevalueofextractiontimewas70min.Inaddition,theoptimalconditionsfortheextractionoftotalflavonoidsfromrosewereasfollows:theeffectivevalueofethanolconcentrationwas70%,theeffectivevalueofultrasonicfrequencywas3times,theeffectivevalueofultrasonictimewas30min,andtheeffectivevalueofsolid-liquidratiowas1:25(g/mL).Variousdataandresultsobtainedfromtheexperimentshowedthatchlorogenicacidandtotalflavonoidswereprominent,andtheirextractshadthemostVsignificantinhibitoryeffectonBacillussubtilis.Conclusion:Theextractionandantibacterialeffectofthreeactivecomponentsofscentedteawerestudiedtoprovidereferenceforthedevelopment,productionandapplicationofnaturalantibacterialagents.Keywords:LonicerajaponicaThurb;Chrysanthemummorifolium;RosarugosaThunb;Chlorog...
