镁合金热处理过程中组织与相的变化摘要:本文研究了AZ91D等温热处理过程中的溶质扩散、晶界熔化、晶粒合并以及相变等对枝晶球化过程的影响
结果表明:随着热处理时间的延长,晶粒逐渐球化,而且发生合并现象;同时在界面能降低的驱使下,通过溶质原子的扩散,晶粒内部包裹小液滴;半固态部分重熔过程中经历以下相变:β→α,α+β→L,α→L
