3脚手架工程3
1材料要求:3
1钢管采用φ48×3
5mm,使用钢扣件连接,钢管应有产品质量合格证,表面应平直光滑,不应有裂缝、结疤、分层、错位、毛刺、压痕和深的划道,钢管涂有黄色油
2扣件应进行质量检查,有裂缝、变形的严禁使用,出现滑丝的螺栓必须更换
新、旧扣件均应进行防锈处理
3垫铁采用150×150mm×8mm的钢板
4脚手板选用竹笆片,并用18#铁丝四角扎牢、无滑动现象
2落地式脚手架搭设3
1基础与底座构造1本工程落地式脚手架基础为地下室180㎜厚砼顶板(适用于3#楼其中南侧脚手架采用钢梁支撑)和岩石地基基
