第1页共31页编号:时间:2021年x月x日书山有路勤为径,学海无涯苦作舟页码:第1页共31页民办高职学生激励机制优化研究摘要职业技能的培养是民办高职教育的根本任务之一,如何有效地对民办高职学生实施激励,对确保人才培养目标的实现具有重要意义。目前,我国正处在变革以及调整的重要时期,为了应对日益激烈的高技能技术工人的竞争,我国实行了人才强国战略。而民办高职院校作为国家培养技术工人基地的一部分,其主要任务就是为国家培养德智体全面发展的社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。民办高职院校要做好人才培养,需要一套高效的学生激励机制作为保障,因此本文的目的就在于探索民办高职院校激励机制优化方案,文中分析了民办高职学生激励机制的现状,根据综合型激励理论提出了民办高职学生激励模型,探讨了民办高职学生激励措施改革的具体措施。通过借鉴中西方经典激励理论的原理,结合民办高职院校现行学生激励机制调查分析,对现行民办高职学生激励机制进行了多角度对比的实证研究,实证结果对民办高职学生激励机制优化提供了很好的依据。通过实证结果的深入分析,发现现行激励机制存在着缺少理论指导、目标理念模糊;制度沿袭陈旧、反馈机制缺失;注重外在刺激,忽视内部需求;激励方法不足,评价标准单一等问题,针对这些现行激励机制存在问题以及问题成因的深入分析,本文最后通过借鉴西方经典激励理论的原理和模式等,分别从理念目标、制度机制以及环境优化、个性管理等方面提出了相应的激励机制优化方案,探索民办高职学生激励机制的发展方向。关键词:民办高职;激励机制;优化研究第2页共31页第1页共31页编号:时间:2021年x月x日书山有路勤为径,学海无涯苦作舟页码:第2页共31页AbstractVocationalskillstrainingisaprivatehighereducationoneofthefundamentaltaskofhoweffectivelytheimplementationofincentivesforprivatevocationalstudents,toensurethatpersonneltrainingobjectivestoachievesignificance.Atpresent,Chinaisinanimportantperiodofchangeandadjustment,inordertocopewiththeincreasinglyfiercecompetitionofthehighlyskilledtechnicalworkers,Chinahasadoptedthisstrategy.Privatevocationalcollegesasanationaltrainingpartofthebaseofskilledworkers,whosemaintaskistotrainforthecountryroundphysicalandmoraldevelopmentofsocialistqualifiedbuildersandreliablesuccessors.Privatevocationalcollegeswanttodoagoodjobpersonneltrainingneedsstudentsanefficientincentivemechanismasaguarantee,sothepurposeofthisarticleistoexploretheprivatevocationalcollegesincentivestooptimizetheprogram,analysisofthestatusofPrivateVocationalstudentsincentivesPrivateVocationalstudents,accordingtotheincentivetheoryincentivemodeltoexplorethespecificmeasuresofthePrivateVocationalstudentsincentivestoreform.TheprincipleoflearningfromChineseandWesternclassicalincentivetheory,combinedwiththeincentivesofprivatevocationalcollegesexistingstudentsurveyanalysis,theincentivesoftheexistingprivatevocationalhighschoolstudentsconductedamulti-anglecomparisonofempiricalresearch,theempiricalresultstooptimizetheincentivesofthePrivateVocationalstudentsprovidesagoodbasis.Throughin-depthanalysisoftheempiricalresults,foundthatthecurrentincentivemechanismthereisalackoftheoreticalguidance,theconceptoffuzzygoal;systemfollowedstale,feedbackmechanismsmissing;payattentiontoexternalstimuli,neglectofdomesticdemand;lackofmotivationmethods,asingleevaluationcriteriaforthesethecurrentincentivemechanismin-depthanalysisofissuesandthecauseoftheproblem,Finally,bydrawingontheprincipleandmodeoftheWesternclassicalincentivetheory,respectively,fromtheconceptofgoal,institutionalmechanisms,andenvironmentaloptimization,personalizedmanagementofincentivesoptimization,explorethedevelopmen...
