硕士学位论文菏泽市农民收入影响因素分析及对策研究姓名：奚道超学号：092129009专业领域：农业工程所在院系：现代农业科学与工程研究院校内导师：张东山教授校外导师年月日摘要菏泽市是山东省的一个农业大市，三农问题在菏泽经济社会发展过程中的作用尤其突出。目前菏泽市农业经济持续向好，夏收粮食作物秋收作物喜获丰收，畜禽养殖平稳增长。农民务工环境不断改善，就业形势良好，农民务工收入水平大幅增加，工资性收入不断增长，成为我市农民增收的重要来源。全市各项惠农政策落实到位，财产性收入持速增长，农民现金收入呈现出持续增长的态势。但从当前我市经济发展情况以及今后一段时期的农民增收形势看，农民增收还将面临很多困难和问题。近年来，我市认真贯彻中央、省、市有关文件精神，继续强化落实各项惠农政策，不断加大“三农”的投入力度，稳定发展粮食生产，着力提高农业产业化经营水平，全市农业和农村经济继续保持平稳健康发展的良好态势。通过菏泽市农民收入的数量变化情况分析、结构变化分析、以及与临沂、莱芜两地的对比分析中我们可以得出以下结论：（1）农民收入水平显著提高，但仍有比较大的增长空间。菏泽农村居民人均纯收入大幅增加，增速明显加快，是菏泽历史上农民收入增长最快的时期之一，农民增收成效显著，成绩斐然。（2）农民收入结构发生了比较大的变化，使我们进一步明确农民收入的具体来源。（3）与省内其他地区、山东省平均水平相比还存在较大差距，农民收入的影响因素众多，而且各因素对农民收入的贡献度不明晰。关键词：菏泽农民收入影响因素对策AbstractHezeisabigagriculturecityofShandongprovince.TheagricultureproblemisveryimportantinthedevelopmentofeconomicandsocialofHeze.Now，Hezeagricultureeconomycontinuestoimprove，thefoodgropsofsummerandautumnisagoodharvest，livestockandpoultrybreedingsteadygrowth.Workinginenvironmentcontinuestoimprove,theemploymentsituationisgood,farmerslaborincomeasubstantialincreaseinthelevelofwageincomeisgrowing,becominganimportantsourceoffarmers'incomecity。Thecity'svariouspreferentialagriculturalpoliciesputinplace,andtheincomefrompropertyheldspeedgrowth,thecashincomeoffarmersshowingsustainedgrowth.However,thecurrentsituationofthecity'seconomicdevelopmentaswellasfarmers'incomesituationtoseethecomingperiod,theincreaseoffarmers'incomewillfacealotofdifficultiesandproblems.forthepastfewyears,thecityconscientiouslyimplementthespiritoftherelevantdocumentsofthecentral,provincial,municipal,andcontinuetostrengthentheimplementationofthepreferentialagriculturalpolicy,continuetoincreaseinvestmentintheintensityofthe"threerural",stabledevelopmentofgrainproduction,andstrivetoimprovethelevelofindustrialmanagementofagriculture,thecityagricultureandtheruraleconomyhasmaintainedagoodmomentumofstableandhealthydevelopment.Analysisofthenumberofchangesinfarmers'incomethroughHezeCity,thestructuralchangeanalysis,andandLinyi,Laiwucontrastanalysiswecandrawthefollowingconclusions:（1）Significantlyincreasedtheleveloffarmers'income,butthereisstilllargeroomforgrowth.Hezepercapitanetincomeofruralresidentsincreasedsignificantly,growthhasaccelerated,isoneofthefastestperiodofgrowthintheincomeofthefarmersinHezehistory,theeffectivenessofthefarmers'incomesignificantlysuccess.（2）Arelativelylargechangeinthestructureoffarmers'income,toenableustofurtherclarifythespecificsourceoftheincomeofthefarmers.（3）Withotherregionsintheprovince,comparedtotheaverageofShandongProvince,therearestillawidegapbetweenmanyinfluencingfactorsoffarmers'income,andthecontributionofvariousfactorsontheincomeofthefarmersisnotclear.Keyword：Heze;farmers'income;Influencingfactors;Tactics第一...
