矿井主扇风机在线监测及延时保护系统的研究与设计设计摘要在煤矿安全生产过程中,通风系统有着相当重要的地位。风机作为通风系统的主要组成设备,一般情况下,主通风机都会持续的运转,这就会潜藏着很多隐患,这些危险源一旦显露,就会大大影响矿井的生产工作,甚至导致人员伤亡的结果。为了强化矿井的自动化生产水平,同时为了确保矿井能高效安全的作业,必须对煤矿主扇风机工作时的运行参数进行全方位多角度的监控。本文在对聚隆矿的现实作业情况进行调查后,分析了该矿在通风监测上暴露出的问题,确定了监控系统的待测参数以及参数的测量方法,本文的矿井主扇风机自动监控系统是基于型号西门子S7-300PLC进行研究的。为了对矿井通风机的性能和状态以及电机的电气参数进行实时监测,需要检测风机系的各种传感器和现场的矿井主通风机参数,利用互联网进行异地遥控。上位机通过工业控制计算机完成声光信号报警、处理数据、生成图表等功能在设计中使用Siemens公司的STEP7来实现PLC的编程、组态;使用WinCC编写上位机人机界面程序;依靠MPI通信协议实现上、下位机的通讯。本系统极大地改善了矿井通风机性能测定工作中的困难及复杂性,可以较早的发现故障并且预报,尽快地找到故障源,大大增强了矿井主扇风机在线监测监控的功能,提高了煤矿自动化管理水平,保证了通风机运行的稳定性和可靠性,为煤矿的安全生产提供保障。关键词:矿井主通风机;变频器;PLC;在线监测IAbstractTheventilationsystemofcoalminesafetyproductionincoalmineistoensurethattheimportantpart,Thefanisthemainequipmentoftheventilationsystem,however,duetolong-termcontinuousworkingofthefan,kindsofhiddenfailuresandriskswillappearintheworkingcourseofcoalminefans,thesefailuresandriskswillleadtoseriousthreattosafetyofcoalmineproduction.soitnotonlycangreatlyimprovethelevelofautomationinminingproduction,butalsoaminesafeproductionforreal-timemonitoringandcontrollingitsrunningstatus.Thispaperisbasedontheactualsituationofthecoalmineproductionandaimsattheexistingproblems.Itdeterminesthemeasuringparametersandmeasurementmethodsofthemonitoringandcontrolsystem.ThispaperusemodelsSiemensS7-300PLCdesignminemainfanautomaticmonitoringandcontrollingsystem.Thesystemthroughtestingthefandepartmentofvarioussensorsandfieldofminemainfanparametersmeasurementmethod,thepaperrealizemineventilatorperformanceandstateandmotorelectricparametersmonitor,andcanthroughcommunicationsystemtoachieveremotecontrol.PCacousto-opticalarmsignalbypolymerizing-kettlefinish,dataprocessing,generatingchartetc.Function.ThedesignusestheSiemensSTEP7toprogramPLC,andusesWinCCtoprogramhuman-machineinterface.RealizingthecommunicationrelyonMPIcommunicationprotocol.Thissystemimprovesdifficultandcomplexityoftheperformanceworkmineventilator,andcanfindfaultandpredictassoonaspossible,greatlyenhancetheminemainfanonlinemonitoringfunction,improvethemanagementlevelofcoalmineautomation.Themonitoringandcontrolsystemhasrealizedtheautomatedmanagementoftheventilator,ensuringtheventilatortooperatesteadilyandreliably,providingsafeguardforcoalminesafetyproduction.Keywords:mainminefan;inverter;PLC;onlinemonitoring目录摘要................................................................................................................................I目录.............................................................................................................................III图清单........................................................................................................................VII表清单......................................................................................
