以西门子(上海)电气传动设备有限公司(原美国罗宾康公司)PH系列的630V/100A功率单元为例,通过收集电力电子器件可靠性数据,建立逆变器主电路的可靠性数学模型,并选择其中主要器件之一铝电解电容进行重点分析,从而对逆变器主电路可靠性进行计算,并在此基础上提出改进设计来满足国产化过程中系统可靠性指标要求
