以钛酸丁酯为原料,用Sol-gel法制得了纳米TiO2(样品A);并以四氯化钛为原料,用水解沉淀法制得了纳米TiO2(样品B)
通过红外吸收(IR)测试比较了两者的纯度,通过X射线衍射(XRD)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对两种样品的晶型、大小和形貌进行了表征
实验结果表明:Sol-gel法比水解沉淀法所得产品的纯度高、粒径小,但是超声波能有效促使水解沉淀法制得纳米TiO2的粒径减小,同时使晶形趋于无定形态
