蒲公英中绿原酸纤维素酶法提取工艺的优化摘要:为了研究纤维素酶法提取蒲公英(taraxacummongolicumhand.-mazz)中绿原酸的工艺,通过单因素试验探讨加酶量、料液比、提取温度、提取时间、ph对绿原酸提取率的影响,并通过正交试验对影响绿原酸提取率的参数进行优化
结果表明,蒲公英中绿原酸提取的最佳工艺条件为ph6.0、加酶量3.0ml、提取温度50℃、提取时间1.0h,此条件下绿原酸提取率为10.031mg/g
