摘要环境保护是我国的基本国策。世界经济发展的实践证明，为实现经济的持续稳定的发展，必须解决好发展与环境保护的矛盾。随着我国社会和经济的高速发展，城市环境污染特别是水污染的问题日趋严重。目前我国水污染控制的重点已从以工业点源为主，逐步转变为以城市污水污染为主的控制。本文即为浙江省A市某污水处理工程的设计计算，在分析进出水水质之后，结合当地的水文及气候条件，本设计选用传统活性污泥工艺进行处理。传统活性污泥法是当前应用最为广泛的污水处理技术之一。该方法自1914年在英国曼彻斯特市建成污水试验厂以来，已有80多年的历史。它是以活性污泥为主体的污水生物处理方法，构成传统活性污泥法有3个基本要素：—是引起吸附和氧化作用的微生物，即活性污泥；二是废水中的有机物，它是处理对象，也是微生物的食料；三是溶解氧，没有充足的溶解氧，好氧微生物既不能生存也不能发挥氧化分解作用。本文详细计算了传统活性污泥工艺的各处理构筑物，也进行了污水及污泥高程布置及基本的成本概算。关键词：城市污水处理厂传统活性污泥工艺污水处理污泥处理AbstractEnvironmentalprotectionisthebasicstatepolicyofourcountry.Thepracticeofworldeconomicdevelopmenthasprovedthatwemustsolvethecontradictionbetweendevelopmentandenvironmentalprotectioninordertoachievesustainedandstableeconomicdevelopment.WiththerapiddevelopmentofsocietyandeconomyinChina,theproblemsofurbanenvironmentalpollution,1especiallywaterpollution,arebecomingmoreandmoreserious.Atpresent,thefocusofwaterpollutioncontrolhasbeenmainlyfromindustrialpointsources,andgraduallychangedtourbansewagepollutionbasedcontrol.ThispaperisthedesignandcalculationofasewagetreatmentprojectinAcityofZhejiangprovince.Afteranalyzingthewaterqualityofimportedandexportedwater,combinedwiththelocalhydrologicalandclimaticconditions,thisdesignusesthetraditionalactivatedsludgeprocess.Thetraditionalactivatedsludgeprocessisoneofthemostwidelyusedwastewatertreatmenttechnologies.Themethodhasbeenbuiltsince1914inManchester,England,andhasbeentestedformorethan80yearsinwastewatertreatmentplants.Itisthemainactivityofthesludgeofthewastewatertreatmentmethod,aconventionalactivatedsludgemethodhas3basicelements:thefirstiscausedbytheadsorptionandoxidationofmicroorganisms,namelyactivatedsludge;thesecondistheorganicinthewastewatertreatment,itisalsotheobjectofmicrobialfood;thethirdisnotdissolvedoxygen,dissolvedoxygentheadequacyoftheaerobicmicroorganismscanneithersurvivalcannotplaytheoxidativedecomposition.Inthispaper,varioustreatmentfacilitiesoftraditionalactivatedsludgeprocessarecalculatedindetail,andthesewageandsludgeelevationarrangementandbasiccostestimatearealsocarriedout.Keyword:Municipalwastewatertreatmentplant;traditionalactivatedsludgeprocess;wastewatertreatment;sludgetreatment.2目录第一章概论.................................................................................................................11.1城市概况.............................................................................................................11.2自然概况.............................................................................................................11.3设计依据.............................................................................................................31.4设计任务与内容.................................................................................................41.5基本要求.............................................................................................................4第二章浙江A市排水管网的设计及计算......
